In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Wd Negocios Digitais Ltda; "you" means the person using this website or buying the product.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, or by completing the checkout for HealthMe Recips, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of this agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not buy the product or use this website.

3. The product

HealthMe Recips is a digital cookbook. It contains 350 vegetable-forward recipes organised into six chapters — salads and grain bowls, soups and stews, roasted and oven trays, skillet and stir-fry, sides and dips, and smoothies and juices — together with a 7-day meal planner and printable shopping lists.

It is supplied in two forms: access through a web link that opens in a standard browser, and a printable PDF edition formatted for US Letter and A4 paper. Each recipe includes ingredients in US and metric measures, numbered steps, prep and cook time, servings and notes on ingredient swaps.

No physical book is printed or shipped. This is a digital product delivered by email. The product is sold for cooking, food and general-interest purposes.

Illustrations, mockups and sample images on this website are representations of the product and its interface. They are not photographs of physical goods and no physical item is being offered.

4. Price and payment

• The price is $29.90 USD, charged as a single one-time payment.
• There is no subscription, no membership, no recurring billing and no automatic renewal. Your payment method is charged once for this purchase.
• Prices are stated in US dollars. If your payment method uses another currency, your bank or card issuer applies its own exchange rate and may add an international transaction fee, neither of which we control or receive.
• Payment is processed by CartPanda on its own secure checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• The charge on your statement will appear as Wd Negocios Digitais Ltda or CartPanda.
• Any applicable taxes are handled at checkout in accordance with the rules of your jurisdiction.
• We may change the advertised price of the product at any time. A change never affects a purchase already completed.

If a price is displayed incorrectly through an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at the erroneous price.

5. Delivery and access

Once your payment is confirmed, we send an email to the address you entered at checkout containing your access link and the PDF edition. Delivery is normally within a few minutes and, in rare cases where a payment requires manual review, within 24 hours.

You are responsible for entering a valid email address. If the address is wrong, or your mailbox rejects our message, we cannot deliver the product until you tell us the correct address.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam, promotions and social folders first, then write to support@healthmeai.com from — or quoting — the email address used at checkout. We will resend it manually.

Your access link is personal to you. We keep it working for as long as we reasonably can, and you may re-download the files for your own personal use as often as you need.

6. Technical requirements

To use the product you need an internet connection, a working email address and a modern web browser. The PDF edition requires any standard PDF reader. Printing requires your own printer and paper. We do not supply hardware, software, internet access or printing materials.

7. Licence and permitted use

On payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use HealthMe Recips. You may:

• read and use the cookbook on devices you personally own or control;
• print pages or recipes for your own use and the use of your household;
• cook the recipes for yourself, your family and your guests, including at private gatherings;
• keep a personal backup copy of the files.

You are buying a licence to use the content, not ownership of the content itself.

8. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise distribute the cookbook or any part of it.
• Upload it to file-sharing sites, cloud folders, forums, messaging groups or any other service where others can obtain it.
• Share your access link or account with people outside your household.
• Reproduce the recipes, text or illustrations in a commercial publication, website, app, video or course, whether paid or free, without our prior written permission.
• Use the content to train, fine-tune or build a machine-learning model or dataset.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, branding or attribution.
• Use the content in a restaurant, catering business or other commercial food operation without a separate written licence from us.
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measure protecting the files, or scrape, crawl or bulk-download this website.

Breaching this section terminates your licence immediately and may give rise to a claim for damages.

9. Intellectual property

All content of HealthMe Recips and of this website — text, recipe compositions, illustrations, layouts, logos, the HealthMe Recips name and the underlying code — is owned by Wd Negocios Digitais Ltda or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Individual lists of ingredients are not protectable in most jurisdictions; the original text, instructions, selection, arrangement, illustrations and presentation are.

10. Refunds and cancellation

You may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, without giving a reason, by emailing support@healthmeai.com. The full terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

When a refund is issued, the licence in section 7 ends and you must stop using and delete all copies of the cookbook.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory right you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including the right of withdrawal under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code where it applies.

11. Health, food safety and allergies

HealthMe Recips is a cookbook, sold for cooking and general-interest purposes. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, not a treatment and not a weight-loss or clinical programme. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or manage any disease or medical condition, and nothing in it or on this website is medical, nutritional or dietary advice.

Allergies and intolerances. Recipes may contain or be adapted to include common allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, sesame, fish and shellfish. You are responsible for reading ingredient lists, checking the labels of the products you buy, and avoiding anything you react to. Cross-contamination in your own kitchen is outside our control.

Food safety. You are responsible for handling, storing and cooking food safely, including washing produce, cooking to safe internal temperatures, refrigerating leftovers promptly and observing use-by dates. Follow the food-safety guidance issued by the authorities in your country.

Before changing your diet. If you have a medical condition, take medication, have a food allergy or dietary restriction, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to what you eat. Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read in this cookbook or on this website.

Any nutritional figures that appear in the product are estimates calculated from standard reference tables. They vary with brands, portion sizes, substitutions and preparation, and they should not be relied on where accuracy matters medically.

12. No guaranteed results

We do not promise any particular outcome from using this cookbook. We make no claim about weight, energy, appearance, health markers or any other result, and any change a person experiences from a change in diet depends on individual factors we neither know nor control.

13. Availability and changes

We aim to keep this website and the product available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control may cause downtime.

We may correct errors, update recipes and improve the cookbook over time. Corrections and updates released during the normal life of the edition you bought are provided to you at no additional cost. We may also discontinue the product; if we do, purchases already made remain valid and we will give reasonable notice before an access link is retired.

14. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information at checkout, to keep your access link confidential, to use the website lawfully, and not to interfere with its operation or security. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you supply.

15. Third-party services

The checkout is operated by CartPanda, and this website links to third-party pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the content is error-free, that every recipe will suit your taste, equipment or ingredients, or that the website will be free of interruptions or defects. This section does not exclude any warranty or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded — in particular the consumer guarantees under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and equivalent laws elsewhere.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the product or this website is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product;
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity;
• we are not liable for outcomes arising from your own cooking, food handling, ingredient choices or dietary decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the product, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence and access if you materially breach these terms — in particular section 8 — or where required by law. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before it, and sections 9, 11, 12 and 16 to 23 survive termination.

20. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our product, our providers or the law. The version in force for your purchase is the version published on this page at the moment you complete the checkout. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

22. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of Santana do Paraíso, Minas Gerais, have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own domicile where the applicable law gives you that right.

23. General provisions

• Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the product.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
• No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign ours to a successor of our business, without reducing your rights.
• Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
• Language. These terms are published in English. If we publish a translation and it conflicts with this version, the English version prevails, except where local law requires otherwise.
